The real reason why Kabuto did not Edo Tensei Jiraiya

So many Naruto fans believe that Jiraiya not revived in the World Shinobi War 4 because his body not found. jiraiya's body was sink in the deepest of the deep sea. So Kabuto can not revived him with Edo Tensei No Jutsu. Even many fans believe that Jiraiya is still alive. But, is it true?

Please, re-read Naruto Manga Chapter 520! There are an explanation how Edo Tensei No Jutsu works. Kabuto said he only need a DNA from the dead and a sacrificial. Then Edo Tensei No Jutsu will work. The other terms is the soul of the dead must be in the pure land.

In the conversation with Tobi, Kabuto said that Jiraiya actually still can be revived using his DNA that attached to the Pain's weapon. Just remember, before he died and drowned, Jiraiya was seriously injured by Pain's weapon, so the blood would still be stuck there.

However before Kabuto wanna try to collect more Jiraiya's DNA, Tobi hold him. Kabuto Follow his order because he has a trump card, the special Edo Tensei one (then revealed that his trunp card is Uchiha Madara).

So, according to the fact, the real reason why Kabuto did not Edo Tensei Jiraiya is because he was over confident with his trump card, Madara Uchiha.
