9 Weirdest Fact about Gon Freecss that many similarities with other anime characters

Actually Gon Freecss is the main character of Hunter X Hunter. But ironically he was less popular than Killua Zoldyck and Kurapika.

1. Gon shares his birthday with Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece.

Their birthday is May 5th, the same day as the Japanese celebration of Children's Day

2. Gon Freecss and Naruto Uzumaki shares the same voice actor

Gon's voice actor in anime Hunter X Hunter 1999 is Junko Takeuchi. Same with Naruto's voice actor. But in 2011 version, Gon's voice actor replaced with Megumi Han.

3. Gon can sleep with full awareness just like Gintoki Sakata
